Ronen receptions feature the official dessert of the Ronen Chamber Ensemble, Zserbo. The Zserbo [ZHAIR-boh] is homemade by our Board President, Tibor Klopfor. Zserbo is a Hungarian pastry made famous by Gerbeaud, the legendary Hungarian czukrazda (confectionery). It has 4 layers made with apricot (barak) and walnut (dios) fillings and a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
