Klezmer or Jewish Soul Music will be in the spotlight for Ronen's opening concert. From poignant melodies to joyous dances, this often folk-based music will transport you to a time and place far beyond your Wood Room seat. Dancing in the aisles is permitted! |

Ronen's first appearance at the beautiful DeHaan Center! This concert is part of the University of Indianapolis' Faculty Artist Series. All are welcome for this free concert. Soprano Kathleen Hacker is featured in vocal chamber works incluuding a World Premiere Performance of UIndy composer John Berner's "Cabaret Songs" for Soprano, Clarinet and Bayan.

RONEN, SOOVIN KIM and BEETHOVEN
Ronen's annual collaboration with the International Violin Competition of Indianapolis will feature 2002 IVCI Laureate Soovin Kim perform Beethoven's Septet Winds and Strings and "Benny's Gig" by M. Gould performed by ISO Principal Double Bassist Ju-Fang Liu and Clarinetist David Bellman.
